TOURNAMENT
LAG organizes on Saturday a Tekken-tournament and Sunday morning hours starts off the official CS:GO – tournament, where the eight best players, four duos, compete for a 100€ grand prize.
Please inform us, if you want to participate in the tournament.
By participating in a tournament match, you can win products and other valuable prizes. Join the competition alone, or with a friend!
The Tournament’s Try-Outs and the Finals will be played through FACEIT with BO3-method (The Best of Three), which means that the duo that wins two matches, continues to the Finals. If the game score ends as a tie, there will be no overtime, but instead, we’ll pick a completely new Decider map. The Winner of the Tournament will get their prize money as a bank transfer through the Association.
The winners will have their official Hall of Fame picture taken (with their permission), which will be published on the association’s webpage and on their social media.
Ready to apply for the Tournament? Read more below about how to proceed!

PARTICIPATING ON THE CS:GO TOURNAMENT
Gamers who wish to participate in the Official CS:GO Tournament, are in need to inform us of their desire to participate and send their Steam Account name with a Friend Code, and their Matchmaking Rank to the Association’s email:
lahtigamingassociation@gmail.com
Make sure your account is public and shows hours played on the game, and that you don’t have VAC- or Community bans.
We look for gamers who have around 500 hours on the game, and therefore enough understanding of the game’s mechanics. From all the Tournament enthusiast gamers the organizer will choose the eight best Matchmaking ranked players to compete in the Official Tournament.
You’re able to join in the tournament also with a friend, who participates in the event with a LAN seat ticket. If you join the tournament with a friend, remember to inform us so we can pair you with the person of your request. If you join in the tournament alone, you’ll be paired up as a duo with another player matching a similar kind of experience and/or ranking as you are.
